The position is part of the Global Digital Transformation team, driving digital transformation of Global Business Solutions(GBS+) processes as well as GBS+IT expertise of the organization.

YOUR ROLE

• Analysis GBS+ PowerPlatform demands, and Consult GBS+ teams in gathering business requirements, cost-benefit analysis, preparing projects prerequisites to get it approved from IT
• Prepare GBS+ Powerplatform digital demands road map and ensure value added to the Business Partners across different processes
• Define communication concept, plan and operating models to make digital & IT capabilities
  transparent to stakeholders in alignment with strategic goals.
• Advocating for GBS+ organization, coming up with new solutions to best serve our business partners,
• Participating in conferences representing GBS+ IT organization internally and externally. Managing and coordinating stakeholder relationships globally
• Conduct GBS+ Powerplatform demands business analysis, requirements gathering, value definition and preparation of projects prerequisites to get it approved from IT

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or any relevant study
• 5 years of relevant work experience (experience in Power Platform and Project Management)
• Exceptional marketing skills and the ability to develop effective communication strategies for stakeholders
• Basic Knowledge with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
• Strong in communication, with strong ability to gather & understand and translate business requirement
• Strong understanding of Scrum project management principles and practices
