Description

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is one of the world's best private schools, where students from lower-income families who are looking for greater opportunity can explore their individual interests to the fullest. Thanks to the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school is fully endowed with the resources to ensure every child and staff member has what they need to succeed. The school has prepared over 11,000 graduates to lead fulfilling and productive lives and is expanding to serve more students in the coming years.

The unique and child-centered structure of MHS's Health Services programs enables nurses to focus where their heart is - on student/patient care. We have on campus a 24/7/365 health center facility with 40-bed infirmary and 3 school medical clinics with state-of-the art equipment. At MHS, we seek to educate the whole child. We care about providing comprehensive health and wellness programs for our students. These include free medical, dental & psychological care. MHS is a culture of excellence and collaboration, dedicated to student health and success.

MHS is currently seeking a full-time evening shift Registered School Nurse (RN) to provide acute and comprehensive health care to students from Pre-K to 12th grade. This is a year-round full-time position Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm at the health center. Rotation to cover for holidays, mandatory enrollments and when students are returning to campus from holiday breaks.

The RNs are represented by Milton Hershey Education Association (MHEA). In addition to competitive pay, full-time employees are eligible for an excellent benefits package. Pay: $74,880.00 - $99,174.00 per year, pay is determined based on experience.
