The School of Professional Studies M.S. in Political Analytics program is seeking industry professionals with experience in political science and data analytics to serve as a part-time Lecturer for an online graduate-level course in one of the courses listed below:

Campaign Finance & Fundraising Analytics

Electoral Data & Predictive Modeling

Big Data & Political Strategy

Data Science for Political Analytics

This position will involve two components. First, the Lecturer will be appointed to lead in developing the course syllabus, source all course materials, and produce content for online modules during a 16-week

review cycle--from September to December 2024. Second, the Lecturer will teach the course in an online format in a 14-week semester schedule to be scheduled for Fall 2025--from September to December 2025.

Develop course materials, work with instructional designer, provide iterative feedback on course design and structure.

Lead class lectures, instructional activities, and classroom discussion.

Evaluate, grade student work and assessments.

Monitor and address student concerns and inquiries.
