- Lead a packaging recyclability testing lab
- Go-2 person for packaging recyclability topics for customers, associations and cross SBU
- Actively contribute in improving internal and external processes to keep highest credibility / implement new analyses / process according to law, industry and safety standards
- Stay up to date in recyclability regulations and implement in testing capabilities and processes
- Training and coaching of customers and internal stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS
- Master or PhD in Material Science, Circular Economy, Process engineering, chemistry or similar
- Profound knowledge in recyclability and certification in the packaging industry
- Leading and developing people with passion
- Strong technical expert with several years of experience in lab analyses work and management
- High seniority skills in consulting and recyclability discussions with customers, associations and internally
- Ability to analyze and understand complex contexts in detail and to communicate in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
- Ability to take the initiative and high degree of flexibility
- Open to travel to customers and industry partners within EU
- Digital skills and mindset
- Fluent English and German language skills
