What you'll do
  • Be a key player in Henkel's global sustainability team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders worldwide.
  • Innovate by identifying opportunities to automate data collection, processing, and reporting, driving actionable business insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with the Packaging and Circularity teams and Henkel IT to define use cases and outcomes for internal digital products.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment among Packaging and Circularity teams, Henkel IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring long-term digital product goals are met and roadmaps are clear.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed reports and technical documentation, supporting training initiatives and audit requirements.
  • Actively contribute to advocacy efforts, driving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders.

What makes you a good fit
  • Master's degree in Data Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, with a focus on data science and sustainability.
  • Strong expertise in business data modeling using programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL) and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, disclosure methodologies, and reporting standards related to packaging and circularity (preferred).
  • A creative and solutions-oriented mindset, capable of navigating complex organizational structures and collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive and user-friendly documentation for training and audit purposes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with business fluency in English.
