YOUR ROLE
- Executes local sales plans in line with business unit strategy to maintain and develop existing, and acquire new customers
- Develops, executes and manages customer roadmap, and executes pricing actions
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers, distributors and internal colleagues
- Provides input to managers on customer needs, business trends and competitive situations in territory
- Coordinates with application engineering team to conduct line trials, and (re)solve customer requests and complaints
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience in Sales of Adhesives, Chemical, Automotive Component and/or related industries is required
- Experience in automotive market like surface treatment, cleaners and/or coatings is preferred
- Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
- Excellent command of MS office is required
- Soft skills; crisis handling, customer research, identifying key player roles, networking, social selling, objections handling, risk management, sales call planning, territory and portfolio management
