The Aerospace segment has a strong growth ambition for the next 10 years. This position will be heavily focused on understanding customer's technical requirements and driving business development within a B2B environment to help achieve these ambitions.

The role will focus on the Aerospace, Defence & Space markets with the expectation to understand customer technology roadmaps, match them to Henkel's capabilities and steer key account teams through projects leading to successful closure.

YOUR ROLE
  • Customer/Market segment dedication with in-depth understanding of their applications, processes and technical needs
  • Use strong chemistry, technology and process knowledge to provide solutions to the customers' technical challenges
  • Service industries with stringent qualifications and regulation requirements with specific know-how and capabilities
  • Develop and support new global product, equipment and technology innovations
  • Develop and conduct product/technology trainings
  • Focus on Italy & UK but will require regional & global travel

YOUR SKILLS
  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields
  • Knowledge of Industry market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of enthusiasm and problem-solving skills
  • Italian is mandatory, English must be fluent
  • High level of flexibility as travel is required
