YOUR ROLE

• Directly supporting the Corporate Environmental Data Management department in Germany
• Collecting Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions data from Henkel suppliers
• Independently assessing the completeness and correctness of GHG data
• Processing large data sets: evaluating, homogenizing, and preparing them for upload into the master database
• Creating comprehensive reports and data insights
• Regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of collected GHG data
• Contributing to and driving initiatives to increase digitalization of processes
• Supporting successful audit processes connected to Sustainability reporting
• Leading and executing entrusted projects in the respective area of responsibility

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Education or experience in GHG accounting is beneficial
• Good level of English (spoken and written), with effective communication skills to achieve desired goals
• Experience with databases (at least one type of ERP, e.g. SAP), with a general sense for databasing
• Process-oriented thinking and process analysis skills
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in digital tools (advanced Excel skills for working efficiently with large data sets, PowerBI is a plus)
• Digital mindset and willingness to participate in digital solutions
• Structured working approach, attention to detail and willingness to work with numbers and data
• High level of independence and ownership, with a willingness to challenge the status quo
