Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits of manufacturing processes, suppliers, and internal systems to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) activities to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain QMS (Quality Management System) documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and forms.
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest level of efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Conduct training sessions on quality-related topics to ensure that all employees understand the importance of quality and their role in maintaining it.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards and requirements.
Experience with FMEA and SPC methodologies.
Knowledge of QMS (Quality Management System) requirements and documentation.
Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
