YOUR ROLE
  • Lead the development and execution of our digital roadmap in factories in High Growth region, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives
  • Support continuous optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and automation technologies, driving improvements in efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions and automate processes across the factories
  • Drive the adoption of I4.0 tools (Connected Worker, IIoT, Digital Backbone), leveraging data analytics, and AI to enhance manufacturing operations
  • Supports upskilling of workforce in I4.0 according to base and advanced expert fit, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning and accountability
  • Stay up-to-date of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
  • Connects to key I4.0 suppliers
  • Able to attend business trips to factories in the region

YOUR SKILLS
  • University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical or related engineering department
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
  • Advanceduserof MS Officeapplications
  • Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolution
  • Power BI, SAP, MES, SQL Knowledge is a plus
  • Englishwiththeabilitytointeracteffectivelywithalllevelsofmanagement
  • Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskillswithaptitudeinbuildingrelationshipswith
    professionalsofallorganizationallevels
  • Goodat problemsolving,planningandbeingproactiveintakingactions
