Job Responsibilities
Prepare and teach assigned courses with NCCER course syallabus; maintain accurate registration, attendance, and payroll records for each course taught; prepare, review, adndupdate course syllabi; recommend and assist with curriculum revisions; use formative adn summative assessment techniques; create an effective learning environment; assist with maintaining classroom environment emphasizing safety, good housekeeping, and equipment security; maintain student, instructor, and staff confidentiality; mult-task and prioritize and manage time effectively; adapt and respond to changing work situations with positive manner; interact with students, the public, the community, and co-workers in a cooperative manner; comply with college's policies and procedures; maintain current licensure, certification or other credential required for the position; perform related duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the supervisor; accept teaching assignments during the day, evening, weekends, or online.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
rs direct work experience in the plumbing trade. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills (oral and written); ability to work well without close supervision; willingness to be a team player.
