Job Description & Requirements
JOB SUMMARY:
The RN will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records in the 25 treatment room Emergency Services. The Registered Nurse will administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, and may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
ACLS and PALS required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
At least 6 months of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
