PennState Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, ED - Emergency Department for a nursing job in Campbelltown, Pennsylvania.
Job Description & Requirements
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under general direction, promote awareness and education of appropriate and effective Business Resilience and Continuity (BRC) practices throughout the Penn State Health System in collaboration with the system's emergency preparedness management program. Support designated members of management and authorized departmental personnel in accessing and using specialized software applications, facilitating plan development and respond to end user questions, concerns and suggestions in a timely and effective fashion. Serve as the top departmental technical expert, supporting data collection, information analysis and electronic reporting of Business Resilience and Continuity information.
Hybrid, 4 days in the office.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Microsoft - MS Office advanced skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Microsoft - Project
E-learning / authoring tool experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience using industry standard software programs as an editor, plan development or as a system administrator
FEMA Emergency Management Institute Hospital Incident Command System (ICS) 100, 200, 700 and 800
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - Introduction to Continuity IS 547a course completions are preferred
