Nature of Work:
Transplant Infectious Diseases Physician or Physician-Scientist. The Division of Infectious Diseases is recruiting faculty members at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (Anschutz Medical Campus) who will have primary duties in clinical infectious diseases with special interest and experience in transplant infectious diseases (TID). Responsibilities encompass inpatient and outpatient clinical consultative services, participation in education and mentoring, and research and scholarship in the field.
Applicants for these positions must have completed an accredited Infectious Diseases fellowship and be ABIM board eligible or board certified in Infectious Diseases. An additional one year fellowship in TID is desirable but not required. Applicants should have demonstrated aptitude for scholarly achievement. Experience/potential in basic, translational or clinical research is desirable.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $166,000 to $190,000 for the Assistant Professor role and $200,000 to $270,000 for Associate Professor.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
The above salary range ( or hiring range ) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
