FLEX is seeking passionate writers with a desire to share their expertise in an education setting. College Essay Instructors work with high school juniors and seniors on their college application essays, including UC, Common App, and Supplements for private universities. They are master-writers, and have the tenacity and drive to develop and nurture students' writing abilities. Essay instructors meet with students in either a one-on-one or small group setting from June through December, or until the students' essays are complete. Training is provided.
