YOUR ROLE

• Coordinate and support the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods on-time
• Coordinate with transport planner closely and ensure availability of carriers
• Coordinate with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower
• Manage express deliveries to cover rush orders
• Keep and assure Master data updates
• Monitor deliveries ongoing via track & trace tool
• Manage transport complaints
• Provide reconciliation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing / Finance
• Provide transport KPIs reports to support carrier performance review

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Transportation Customer orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of enthusiasm and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English
• MS Office package
