We invite applications for a full-time Clinical or Counseling Psychology faculty position (open rank) to start August 2025.

Our Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who:

• By August 2025, has completed a doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (or related field).
• Is committed to excellence in teaching.
• Is a positive, energetic, and caring professional who wants to work in a small psychology program focused on undergraduate student success.
• Desires to serve students from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities Include:

• Teaching 24 credits per academic year (August-May). Teaching assignments may include courses in psychopathology, counseling, human services, and electives in the candidate's area of expertise. Candidates may negotiate for flexibility to continue to engage in private practice with clients.
• Serving on university committees.
• Engaging in professional development.
• Developing collegial relationships and supporting the university through academic advising, program activities and assessments, and new and prospective student activities.
