Construction Instructor (Bilingual-Spanish)

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionContractors Intelligence School is looking for a passionate, full-time Spanish-speaking instructor with a strong foundation in construction to help future contractors succeed. Each year, we assist thousands of students in obtaining their contractor's license and passing the California state exam. Now, we're looking for an educator who's excited to make a difference.

As an instructor, you'll play a vital role in guiding our students through the exam preparation process. You'll cover key areas such as Law & Business, Health & Safety, and basic math for planning and estimating-all essential for acing the state exam. Instruction is provided in-person in our classroom setting.

Responsibilities:
• Enrolling new students
• Assisting students with applications
• Teaching at different locations in the greater Los Angeles/San Diego area

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Contractors License
• Prior teaching and/or Supervising experience
• Presenting, speaking, teaching( in a classroom setting) with confidence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
