YOUR ROLE

• Product development and improvement to meet metal coil customer requirement and market needs;
• Product cost down for high margin or better performance;
• Work well in the team environment and work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Ability to lead new product development projects independently. Self-starter with can do attitude.

• YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU

• In-house water-borne resin (like polyurethane, polyacrylate, polyester, etc.) recipe design and scale up to support new surface treatment product (and technology) development.
• Engage in the patenting of innovative work and technical know-how development.
• Cross-functional support from/to application engineering, sales, marketing, operational, PSRA and supply teams.
• Comply with PSRA regulations and SHE policies, Support to lab 5S and SHE maintenance.

YOUR SKILLS

• Graduated with a Master's degree or higher, PHD is plus.
• polymerization/polymer modification background.
• 3-5 years experiences in coating or adhesive industry.
