YOUR ROLE

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new technology/product development projects.
• Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities and troubleshoot problems.
• Lead innovation projects independently with ownership.
• Strengthen Henkel's IP through patent development in area of competence.
• Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity.
• Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE work.
• Support operation on product scale-up, process optimization and quality.

YOUR SKILLS

• PhD or master's degree in chemistry, polymer science or material science. More than 5 years EMI/EMC industry experience.
• Deep know-how of EMI and electrically conductive adhesive technology.
• Experience with silicone and epoxy technology is preferred.
• Fluent verbal & written communication in English.
