YOUR ROLE
  • Responsible for new product and technology development of epoxy and acrylic adhesive products for the electronics market
  • Implement formulation changes, raw material screening and data collection
  • Support the success of various projects and maintain the laboratory
  • Collaborate with application engineers and sales to deliver innovative solutions and resolve technical issues
  • Work closely with regional and global technical teams to collaborate and leverage technology
  • Follow the company's SHE rules, and participate site safety and 5S programs
  • Be responsible for leading and ensuring a safe working environment and SHE compliance

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, polymer or chemical engineering is required
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in related field is required
  • Experience with epoxy or acrylic adhesive development is strongly preferred
  • Experience in thermal and mechanical analysis is preferred
  • Excellent command of MS Office is required
  • Native in Korea and good communication in English is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple functional departments
