YOUR ROLE

• Supervise PSRA team to provide proffesional and timely support to external customers and to internal customer i.e. PD, AE, sales & marketing of each SBU and to AO.           
• Ensure that all Henkel products in Japan are in compliance with the chemical regulations.       
• Improve the thorough knowledge of the PSRA team, relate to chemical regulations, Henkel products, chemistries and processes.        
• Manage appropriate training to PD, AE and Marketing.        
• Assist and collaborate with other PSRA groups grobally.   

YOUR SKILLS

• B.S. in Chemistry or other relevant scientific discipline
• 5 - 10 years experience in chemical industry. (especially product safety or equivalent job.)
• Experience in an international environment
• Japanese and English fluency
• Management is preferred but not a must
• Membership of Japan Adhesive Industry Assiciation or other Japan Adhesives associations or equivalent is a plus
• ISO9000, ISO14000 experience is a plus
• MBTI, MHLW experience is a plus
• Understanding of REACh and other international chemical conventions is preferred
