- Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and issues
- Support internal and external technical requests and projects
- Provide technical resource and assessment to market
- Regularly review and understand market competitors and products
- Manage product comparison tests and technical examinations, prepare documentations
- Monitor the products' technical descriptions and label content
- Participation in the product authorization process
- Keep technical data sheets up-to-date, steer corrections if needed
- Manage product expiration processes
- Conduct online and live trainings for users and customers
- Train Sales/Marketing teams on products regularly and after product launches
- Prepare demonstration materials for the Sales team and annual training plan
- Close co-operation with local Sales and Marketing departments
- Proactive communication with regional Technical Customer Service team
- Develop demonstration materials and product Unique Selling Propositions (USP)
- Complaint management
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience at similar position within a technical field
- You combine technical expertise with sales skills
- Knowledge in the field of Adhesive industry is an advantage
- Manual skills and confident public speaking
- Fluent knowledge of English & native Hungarian is a must
- Driving license and willingness to frequently travel
- Teamwork, collaboration and good communication skills
- Interpersonal and analytical skills, and methodical approach
- Ability to work independently and desire for continuous learning
- Cafeteria: gross 836.000 HUF/year
- 13th and 14th month salary
- Commuting allowance (net 40 HUF/km), Home Office Allowance
