YOUR ROLE

• Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in internal systems
• Provide technical support to customer and analyze results after product release
• Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing
• Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
• Test lab documentation for NABL/ ISO 17025 certification
• Calibration tracking and maintenance
• Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products
• Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment in good condition. Follow 5S
• Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies
• Explore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities
• Actively participate in scientific publications and forums

YOUR SKILLS

• Should be an MSc/ BE in Chemistry/polymer science
• Minimum 4 years working experience in ISO 17025/ NABL certified lab
• ASTM/ ISO/DIN/EN test standards for material and chemical testing
• Documentation and audit for ISO 17025 Technical lab/ NABL certification
• Hands on experience of testing like lap shear, tensile, compressive, hardness, Peel
• Hands on experience of analytical methods like DSC/Tg/Dielectric, moisture etc
• Hands on experience coating test SST, abrasion, adhesion, etc
• Test analysis and interpretation
