YOUR ROLE

• Responsible for coordination of visiting events, including customer visits or Henkel internal events.
• Doing the introduction of Henkel Loctite site with standardized process.
• Supporting with Admin department doing the reception task once there are important visiting events triggered.
• Supporting with QS team doing preparation for audits.
• Supporting with QS team to maintain the quality system and leverage quality culture at site level.
• Other tasks what assigned by superior.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor or above is necessary, major in English or art will be preferred. Candidates who have experience in flight attendant also will be preferred.
• Fluent in English and mandarin, graduated from abroad university or have study experience in overseas, the candidates will be preferred.
• Good temperament, optimistic, good at presentation and communication.
• Stronger willingness to learn and high teamwork spirit.
• Candidates who have artistic experience (dancing/written/music/singing etc.), will be preferred.
• Keen observation capability, can capture customers or visitors requirement timely and gave prompt response.
• Positive and enthusiastic.
