YOUR ROLE

• Assist in Operations Process excellence Project management
• Quality management Risk assessment Training preparation Finance Marketing and sales Speak Chinese Have working experience in Shoe or Chemical industry for 3~5 years
• Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
• Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
• Reports quality issues / customer's claims to relevant parts of the organization
• Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
• Reports technical results and contributes to customer presentations Works effectively on SBU and/or Regional specific projects
• May supervise the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customers

YOUR SKILLS

• Possesses bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related engineering field is preferred
• Possesses 3-5 years of working experience in Chemical industry (preferably in the shoes or textiles sector)
• Experienced in lab control equipment, application center and project management are preferred
• Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage (In order to liaise with Chinese clients)
