YOUR ROLE

• Doing test/test method creation for adhesive ADP projects or internal test request according to customer CTQ, leading ADP projects from application engineer side.
• Testing lab capability creation according to project requirement.
• Can work under pressure, deal with challenge situation; and show strong accountability and ownership.
• Lab management including 5s, SHE, equipment maintaining, technician management.

• Responsibilities
• Closely collaborate AE/PD/BD/Sales/IPM/plant for AMC thermal ADP projects launch.
• Lab work for required product test/ failure analysis according to customer requirement.
• Lab management including 5S, SHE, digitalization tool, equipment calibration, temp technician training and supervise.
• Support marketing, BDM, sales and application engineer for related market/customer visit/ plant audit and others.
• Support internal/external customer for new application testing capability creation.

YOUR SKILLS

• 5-10 years' experience in adhesive and automotive industry.
• Nice to have NEV battery adhesive materials related experience.
• Nice to have thermal adhesive related materials experience.
• Strong background of analysis method of polymers and adhesive.
• Strong communication skills and ownership of task.
• Can work in lab.
