YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for Process technology&process assurance & following up key account quality improvement initiative and troubleshooting, driving internal team continuous improvement. Including typical issue root cause analysis driven. Work closely with internal team to troubleshooting the issues.
- Responsible the Scale-up processing in Yantai from PD or PDE to meet the marketing requirement.
- Responsible for process engineering of project transfer from other plant to Yantai.
- Responsible ME technical documents management.
- Participate in Henkel SHEQ management system, ROHS, 5S system, ISO 9001/ISO 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 related Management Requirements and Continuous Improvement.

- Master degree with Chemical related major.
