YOUR ROLE
  • Manages and leads product development projects; Develops new products to meet customer requirements with an agreed timeline.
  • Perform data analysis, draw conclusions and make experimental recommendations.
  • Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing.
  • Provide technical support to customer and support trouble shooting with application engineer.
  • Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery.
  • Attend or present technical work at business meeting and conferences.
  • Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products.
  • Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment.
  • Ensure that Henkel's new OP is protected through patent field or black box implementation.

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree with at least 5 years working experience, or PhD with at least 3 years working experience. Major in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, material science.
  • Experience of UV dual cure material development is preferred, expertise of epoxy and acrylate technology is preferred too.
  • Experience of successfully launching commercial products is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skill is required.
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing are preferred.
