Henkel is a leading FMCG company committed to sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and society. We are seeking a passionate and driven Sustainability Graduate to join our team and contribute to our sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices within the FMCG industry.
- Support the implementation of local and global sustainability strategies and programs across various departments.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of sustainability performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support the preparation of sustainability reports and presentations.
- Contribute to sustainability projects, such as carbon footprint reduction, and waste reduction initiatives.
YOUR SKILLS
- A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sustainability and a passion for making a positive environmental impact.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and an excellent team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong Excel skills are essential. Power BI experience is a plus but not required.
