YOUR ROLE

Henkel is a leading FMCG company committed to sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and society. We are seeking a passionate and driven Sustainability Graduate to join our team and contribute to our sustainability initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices within the FMCG industry.
  • Support the implementation of local and global sustainability strategies and programs across various departments.
  • Assist in the tracking and reporting of sustainability performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Support the preparation of sustainability reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to sustainability projects, such as carbon footprint reduction, and waste reduction initiatives.

YOUR SKILLS
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sustainability and a passion for making a positive environmental impact.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and an excellent team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong Excel skills are essential. Power BI experience is a plus but not required.
