The Department of Nursing at Huntington University invites applicants for a tenure-track position beginning in Spring 2025. The successful candidate will provide instruction in the classroom and the clinical setting in medical-surgical and community nursing. The focus will be to nurture and prepare students to excel in their preparation for nursing practice and to channel their God-given talents in their chosen profession of nursing. This is a full time, 12-month, exempt faculty position for our ABSN Program located in Fort Wayne, IN.

Qualifications Sought:
- Master's degree in nursing, doctoral degree in nursing preferred (doctorate required for tenure)
- Unencumbered, active registered nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Completion of three years of practice experience as a registered nurse
- Commitment to a Christ-centered nursing education
- Able to work collaboratively with others in a variety of settings
Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction in the classroom and clinical setting
- Advise undergraduate students
- Participate in the development and evaluation of nursing curricula
- Engage in community and professional service associated within area of expertise
- Participate in Department of Nursing and University governance activities
