YOUR ROLE
  • Product CCMS/Off Spec investigation and coordination, cooperating with related departments/functions to dig out the root cause and implemented the corrective & preventive.
  • Collecting customer special requirements and implementation, coordinating with related functions and defined whether we can achieve it or not, then feedback or make explanation to customer.
  • Leading & participating the process and product audit, regularly review & revise the PFMEA/CP once faced CCMS/critical off Spec or there are engineering/process changes.
  • Supporting with related function team to handle the OSMI timely.
  • Cooperating with QA or sales to accept the customer visit and audits.
  • Initiating or implementing the continuous improvement Projects.
  • Task assignment from management team.

  • Help to master comprehensive quality management theories and methods, and enhance personal professional abilities.
  • Enhance problem-solving skills through professional training, seminars and the use of technical tools.
  • Develop leadership and project management skills in addressing quality issues and driving continuous improvement.

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor or above, major in chemical engineering or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in chemical or electronic quality is preferred.
  • Be familiar with IATF 16949, 8D,
  • Basic English Communication Skills.
