Your responsibilities include:
- Development of an on-line CE multi-collector ICP-MS coupling for the species-specific isotope ratio analysis of biomolecules
- Development of sample preparation strategies for the extraction of relevant biomolecules from clinical matrices
- The DFG-funded project is in close cooperation with the University of Ghent (Belgium) - regular exchange and close collaboration
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed scientific university degree (Master/Diploma) in the field of chemistry, analytical chemistry, L-chemistry or comparable
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Sound IT knowledge and confident handling of relevant software
- Willingness to travel abroad for several days
- Good communication and information behaviour, initiative/commitment, ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate, willingness to learn and flexibility
