YOUR ROLE
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new technology/product development projects of thermal management materials.
  • Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities and troubleshoot problems.
  • Lead innovation projects independently with ownership
  • Strengthen Henkel's IP though patent development in thermal management materials.
  • Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity.
  • Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE and 5S work.
  • Support operation on product scaleup, process optimization and quality.

YOUR SKILLS
  • PHD or master's degree in polymer science or material science.
  • Deep know-how of Thermal management material technology, or silicone adhesive development or filler surface treatment.
  • Fluent verbal & written communication in English.
