Quality Engineer

Catalyst Life Sciences is partnered with a well established global medical device client seeking a Quality Engineer to support their team on a 12 month contract. This would be a hybrid position requiring someone report to the Athens, GA area 4 days per week.

Day to day you will:

• Communicate business related issues or opportunities during QA Value Stream Meeting
• Support internal/external audit execution and deliverables as required. Review effectiveness of investigation against an established process. Analyze proposed changes to determine if the change will result in non-compliance. Assess need for techniques for risk mitigation given potential defect, defect type and frequency

To be successful you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in medical device quality engineering
• Completed a Six-Sigma or similar industry certifications
• Experience in statistical analysis for quality purposes (sampling plans, trending reports, scan charts in Minitab)
