YOUR ROLE

• Product development formulation work for printed electronics Projects for electronic market. With extensive epoxy resin, Acrylate resin, Silicone resin and related curing agent formulation and Raw material experience for UV and thermal cured ink including Ag ink, Carbon ink and dielectric ink.
• Work with PE team to scale up the customer qualified sample and solve the sample technical issue and launch the project.
• Make product sample for PD Chemist for AEI product development such as HIT solar paste, Printed Electronic ink.
• Operate lab mixing equipment including speed mixer, high speed mixer, three roll mill, rheology tester and curing oven.
• Measure sample property such as viscosity, volume resistance, FOG and possible screen printing, peel strength.
• Work for lab 5S, lab supplies, equipment JSA, maintenance and safety items.
• Work for raw material safety stock management.

YOUR SKILLS

• Familiar different ink performance testing method.
• Familiar with data analysis software.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
