YOUR ROLE
- Perform standard quality control testing on incoming raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Calculate and report test results, recording test data into the SAP database.
- File and maintain retain samples, dispose of old retain samples, and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist Quality Engineers with complaint investigations and provide appropriate training to internal customers in the Qualityarea.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within the quality department.
- Complete and manage any assigned projects determined by the departmental Manager, Supervisor, and Leads.
- Develop tests and report on formulations, executing lab testing and generating test data and documentation.
- Communicate with various internal functions and execute the implementation ofregulation changes.
YOUR SKILLS
- 1-5 years working experience with Chemical background or working in the chemical industry
- Bachelor in relevant Chemical related degree
- International Mindset
- Statistical Analysis skill
- Fluent in both English and Japanese
- Big Data analysis experience a plus
- Background in quality a plus
- New graduates are also welcome provided you have a relevant degree in Chemistry
