Job Details

What you'll do
  • Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
  • Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
  • Leads and manages a team of engineers to implement projects and improvements in the area of responsibility
  • Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise

What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering is required
  • Minimum of eight (8) years experience in Engineering and Maintenance of manufacturing environment is required;Work experience in FMCG company and/or multinational company is preferred
  • At least one (1) year experience in people management is strongly preferred
  • Experience in maintenance, TPM procedures and/or project management experience is required; Process simulation (discrete and/or continuous events) and process analytics background is a plus
  • Good knowledge in CAD, MS Project, MS office or Revit is preferred
  • Good communication skill in English is preferred and Korean is native
