What you'll do
  • Lead the development and delivery team for enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions using a data mesh approach
  • Translate Henkel Adhesives business strategy into technical data & analytics capabilities, features and specifications
  • Create technical roadmap and ensure alignment of data products and platform capabilities
  • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of data domains and data product roadmaps, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and stakeholder priorities
  • Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication as well as manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, operations and continuous improvement
  • Prioritize and manage product and technical backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features and capabilities
  • Use data-driven insights to measure product business values, performance, drive continuous improvement

What makes you a good fit
  • Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or information systems
  • Minimum 7 years experience in designing and delivering end-to-end data solutions, including data modeling, data integration, data engineering and analytics
  • Minimum 3 years experience in people leadership roles, with a strong ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Deep knowledge of data and analytics solutions, data as a product and data mesh architectures as well as hands-on experience with Python, SQL and cloud-based data platforms (Azure, Databricks)
  • Strong expertise in agile product development, backlog management, and senior stakeholder alignment within large scale enterprise environments
  • Fluent in English
