What you'll do
  • Lead new business project with innovation product via working with R&D and Sales Team.
  • Grow new business with existing product via working with Sales Team.
  • Maintain existing business.
  • Acknowledge and drive lab test to provide technical solution to customers.

What makes you a good fit
  • 8-12 yrs IC packaging experience.
  • Being familiar with chip level underfill technology (priority) or die attach technology.
  • Communicating ability with English.
  • Sharing learning and being proactive.
  • Independent thinking.
