Job Details

What you'll do
  • Quality control management:
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining the laboratory safety and quality management system to ensure the normal operation of all laboratory work and keep a good lab environment and 5S.
  • Work as the window to communicate with other function team in lab, and to handle related abnormal cases, do study and feedback.
  • Organize training for QC engineer and QC technician on basic skills, testing methods, and related procedural documents.
  • Guide QC engineer to set up annually MSA plan and monitor lab MSA and do method optimization and productivity improvement.
  • Manage retained samples, chemicals, consumer able etc., do good lab cost control Create QC lab instrument related Document and updated Constantly.
  • Team management and development:
  • Responsible for people arrangement according to production plan and ensure compliance with company's policy.
  • Organize training for QC engineer and QC technician on basic skills, testing methods, and related procedural documents.
  • Responsible for conducting performance evaluations of QC personnel and developing development plans.
  • Project management and coordinate:
  • Responsible for collaborating with the project department to conduct feasibility assessment of the laboratory.
  • Initiating or implementing the continuous improvement Projects.
  • Task assignment from management team.

  • Cross function communication skill.
  • Project management skill, include digitalization, automation project, etc.
  • Bachelor or above, major in chemical engineering or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of work experience in lab/people management working experience.
  • Basic English Communication Skills.
