Job Details

What you'll do
  • Testing & Validation: Identify, support, and execute comprehensive test plans to validate product performance and durability within the India and IMEA. This includes internal and 3rd party testing to established certifications and aiding in the development of new industry standards.
  • Application Engineering: Use established practices to calculate and present engineering designs as necessary; work with internal and 3rd party engineers as needed to support and communicate design methodologies to customers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and Sales teams to translate test specifications into application developments.
  • Support local manufacturing operations as needed.
  • New application development: Provide hands-on technical support to customers in the selection, application, and troubleshooting of Geopolymers and Civil composite materials for specific customer needs. Identify local improvements that improve the experience of the customer.
  • Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to oversee trials, provide training, and ensure optimal use of geopolymer and civil composite products.
  • Address customer complaints and issues by diagnosing problems related to material application, providing solutions, and implementing corrective actions both in the field and within operations as needed.
  • Build strong customer relationships with installation partners and industry groups

What makes you a good fit
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience at similar position within a technical field
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
  • Understanding of material chemistries (e.g. cementitious products, epoxy, polyurethane) and their structural applications is an advantage
  • Experience with testing methods (e.g., compression, shear, tensile, and viscosity tests) and equipment.
  • Proficiency in product development, trial planning, and failure analysis.
  • Experience in training different levels of people including contractors; willingness to get involved in the application process on site
  • Willing to work independently and a desire for continuous learning
