Job Details

What you'll do
  • Lead Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies and executing other project deliverables
  • Review plans for the building of new machinery to find out if all safety needs have been met
  • Recommend process and workplace safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to work hazards
  • Develop and execute quantitative and qualitative risk screenings and assessments
  • Prepare and review employee safety programs to make sure they are at safe work environment
  • Lead new projects from the process safety perspective (FMEA, design phase, FAT, SAT, VSU)
  • Perform correlation and Inputs for process safety and occupational health and safety risk assessments
  • Process Safety procedures development and implementation
  • Organize, supervise and keeping forklift safety standard
  • Organize Process safety / OHS operations in the Automatic Warehouse / Central Warehouse
  • Perform regular safety checks of process and OHS SEVESO (new status - upper-level higher risk - handling risk scenarios)
  • Emergency response planning (regulatory compliance with legal requirements and industry standards)
  • Lead MOC from the perspective of process safety and OHS LOTOTO development for the new machines/changes and processes
  • LOTOTO Verification on the machines and lines
  • Perform safety audits / preventive and corrective actions / Incident investigation
  • Perform ergonomic assessment (new projects, existing technologies) and implement measures for improvements
  • Cooperate with authorities for implementation of safety legal requirements and reporting
  • Occupational health and safety license
Required skills and qualifications

  • Min bachelor's degree (Technical, technology, chemical, safety at work, fire protection)
  • Occupational health and safety license
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English
  • Knowledge of MS office
