What you'll do
  • Manage and enforce Henkel safety, health, and environmental requirements for Third Party Manufacturing/Logistics and Traded Goods (3PM/3PL/TG) in compliance with Corporate and Global.
  • Manage and conduct 3PM/3PL/TG audits per the Corporate Supplier Standard.
  • Manage and conduct the Henkel SHE Expert Audits at Henkel Adhesive manufacturing sites per corporate standard
  • Participate on the SHE America's team and execute miscellaneous SHE projects as assigned
  • Reports monthly on SHE KPI status.
  • Supervises legal compliance matters, follow-up of development in legal matters and regulatory affairs.
  • Participate on the Global SHE Expert and 3PM/3PL/TG Audit team.

What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's Degree related to Environmental, Safety and Health required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • SHE auditing experience.
  • Effective project management skills
  • 8 years of SHE manufacturing experience.
  • Certified Safety Professional (preferred).
  • Ability to travel 20 - 30%.
The salary for this role is $127,000.00- $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
