What you'll do
- Ensuring that manufacturing and production processes meet international and national standards
- Works closely with quality management to address global customer requirements including audits, standards and targets
- Executing engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
- Striving for improvements and efficiencies in production area
- Monitoring KPIs for engineering processes and responsible for reporting
- Defines quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
- Leading customer complaint reporting and monitors supplier quality complaints and issues actively
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Engineering, preferably in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
- Candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience ideally within a multinational environment
- Prefer having knowledge of detergent production and sulphonation process.
- Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolution
- SAP Knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Locate or open to relocate toAnkara
