- Develop project plans, outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables to guide the project from initiation to completion; projects can follow both waterfall and agile methods
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation to meet project goals within financial constraints
- Play a key role in managing a large, global implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure proactive problem solving
- Effectively communicate project progress, milestones and potential issues to stakeholders
What makes you a good fit
- Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 6+ years of professional experience, preferably in IT project management and experience of implementing and rolling out Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Understanding of the organization's strategic goals and how IT projects support them, ability to translate technical requirements into measurable business value, and effective communication and negotiation skills to align stakeholder interests
- Excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resources
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
- Full-time occupation is preferred but part-time would be possible (at least 80%), job sharing is also an option
