Job Details

What you'll do
  • Leads Application Engineering activities within region / locally to execute AE support within the assigned market.
  • Drives success of ACE projects technically, implement customer roadmaps and conduct plant audits/line surveys to increase ACE Growth impact pipeline.
  • Responsible for launch of new product, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers. Support Sales team in building value proposition.
  • Responsible for Application Engineering laboratory setup, equipment procurement, application standardization, implement regional / local best practice to meet customer and market needs / expectations.
  • Provide inputs to PD regarding application / processing equipment and collaborate on new product development and testing.
  • Work closely with Sales, PD, product management, Quality and other departments to ensure successful application deployment and user satisfaction. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Ensures compliance with all Henkel and regulatory requirements (safety, legal, environment), and relevant industry/customer specifications.
  • Lead expertise driven portfolio scaling with sales organization & customers.
  • Coaching & developing people- creating a highly motivated, professional & skilled team.

  • Master degree in Engineering or Chemistry.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in respective area.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English Language.
