ROLE

The technician will support in the daily activities of the Quality control of the production site of Henkel Belgium Operations (Drogenbos). The site produced mainly pressure sensitive Adhesive technology ("Loctite") for Industrial, Medical & Pharma market. You will support the Quality control unit in multiple task : Quality Control Activities:
  • Test and release of raw materials, intermediaries and finished goods + Manage the retain sample stock
  • Support Supply Chain and Customer services to release batches on time
  • Support Quality Assurance engineer for customer complaint analysis
  • Lead the calibration / check of equipment according calibration plan & daily checks
  • Support process, test method and product validation or re validation. Quality System activities:
  • Participate to the quality system improvement through internal & external audit
  • Follow up of document archiving & Local documentation system. Quality Improvement activities:
  • Participate to the implementation of GMP standards in the QC lab • Implement and lead 5S in the QC lab
  • Participation on site improvements projects (Lab productivity, Energy saving, ...)

PROFILE
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or bio chimistry
  • Knowledge in gaz chromatography is a plus.
  • Ability to do multitask effectively & Strong planning skills required
  • Ability to speak French (English is a plus)
