About this Position
This PD Development Chemist - UAE National Intern role is part of a two-year UAE National Program, designed to provide hands-on experience in product development, analytical testing, and method validation. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to real-world R&D processes while developing technical and problem-solving skills.

This PD Development Chemist - UAE National Intern role is part of a two-year UAE National Program, designed to provide hands-on experience in product development, analytical testing, and method validation. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to real-world R&D processes while developing technical and problem-solving skills.
What you'll do
- Ensure that tests are performed with accuracy, completeness and in compliance with the established standards.
- Work alongside the process chemistry and production teams to develop and validate appropriate analytical methods.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting efforts to resolve scientific challenges and root cause analysis.
- Prepare method validation and/or method transfer protocols and reports.
- Liaise effectively with all other internal departments.
- Interface with external sources as well internal sources to foster and create optimum working environment and to maximize resources.
What makes you a good fit
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of testing standards and methodologies is a plus.
- Interest in sustainability and its role in product development and social responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
