What you'll do
  • Responsible for the facility management (Utility and infrastructure) of Dragon Site, including daily operation, maintenance, and CI.
  • Manage plant facility maintenance with TPM methodology. Implement the MOS activities as part of daily work.
  • Lead and manage facility team, set performance goals and monitor performance achievement on a continual basis.
  • Balance daily work and CI by the maintenance cost utilization.
  • Plan the annual budget, headcount planning and the cost control of the facility team.
  • Organize, coach and motive employee to drive the TPM methodology implementation, ensure the maintenance strategy deployed as plan.
  • Plan and execute the employee annual training program and performance evaluation. Empower and engage the subordinates with passion.
  • Support the internal/external audit and ensure the maintenance activities should follow the requirement of related systems (ISO 9001, GMP, OHSA, ISO50001, ISO27000...) that were certified by the authorities.
  • Energy management (forecast, consumption, resource, cost, saving, process...).
  • Fulfill the other tasks that assigned by superior.

What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree, major in Chemical Industry, Mechanical Engineering, Electricity and Automation.
  • Working experience: as the utility/facility supervisor/manager for at least 5 years in fine chemical/cosmetics industry
  • Nice to have the experience of CAPEX project management.
  • Good to read, talk, write in English and Chinese.
  • Familiar with the equipment in the cosmetics plant.
  • Has the knowledge of energy management.
